DRDO online application process for Sr Technical Assistant, Technician etc under CEPTAM 06.

Defense Research and Development Organization also known as DRDO, was set up in India during the year 1958. In the capital city of the country, New Delhi you will find its headquarters. DRDO was set up with the purpose of performing technological & research operations in order to assist and increase the potential of Indian Army.

DRDO is going to release notifications for 2013 DRDO application form very soon. DRDO invites application form online for the admission in written test only. This test is conducted for short listing the candidate for direct recruitment in certain number of posts related to Sr. technical assistant, technician etc. Below we have discussed about DRDO online application process 2013.

All the interested who would like to apply for the DRDO CEPTAM recruitment 2013 whichever position mentioned in the ad, for them it is mandatory to register on mobile number 56677 of CEPTAM just by sending an SMS in the format shown below:

CEPTAM <space> City Code <space> Postal Code <Space> Birth date <space> Name

Note: 1.You can choose your choice of place for giving the exam.

2. Birth date should be mentioned as dd/mm/yy

3. Name has to be mentioned by leaving space between the first, middle & last    name.

You will get an auto generated response in your inbox with the Registration No. depending on exam sequence no. city code and post code. You will have to mention your registration number on the application form for further procedure.

Steps involved for filling the application form online:

1. To fill the application form candidates will have to visit the official website of DRDO i.e.www.drdo.gov.in. Login here and fill all the details properly. Otherwise your form may get cancelled and you will not get your admit card. Details will include your full name, birth details, registration number, educational qualification, marks details, address and contact details. The contact details will include your mobile number and valid email id. The online application will be available for the candidates from 8 May 2013.
2. You will have to attach 2 passport size photographs attested by any Gazetted officer or some equally competent authority which should be recognized by government.
3. Super scribe the envelope cover as application for Ex-ITI trade trainee
4. Send this to the Director, in CVRDE Avadi Chennai-600054. Remember you have to send this with in 30 days when recruitment notification has been issued by the organization.

Once you have sent the application form you will have to wait for the admit card. Those who have applied online they will get their admit card on the official website of DRDO not by post 15 days before the exam. So keep checking the notifications on the website.
