AHMEDABAD: The District Education Officer RI Patel has convened a meeting with the principals of higher secondary science schools on Saturday to finalize the details of the admission process for class XI science. The secondary school result was announced on Thursday, and the mark sheets will be delivered to the schools on Monday.
Patel has reassured students seeking admission in class XI science that there are enough seats to accommodate all of the students. Last year, 1400 seats had remained vacant across various schools.
There are 175 schools (13,000 seats in total) that offer higher secondary education in science stream. Officials will discuss the date from which the admissions will begin.
