However, on Saturday, the Director of Education also held a meeting with the school head regarding the preparations for the opening of the school and the preparations for the board exams.
Actually, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced that it will conduct the board exams from April 26. In such a situation, the Director of Education, Delhi Himanshu Gupta held a meeting on Saturday to discuss the necessary preparations for the upcoming examinations. At the same time, schools will have to decide the number of students under their infrastructure, so that the COVID-19 protocol can be followed. Because in the last 2 years, young children have been most affected by the closure of schools. Where the first 2 weeks after school opens for small classes, the focus will be on that with the help of mindfulness and happiness classes, children will be better connected back to studies by relieving stress and fear.
Children will get a chance to mingle together in school
Let us inform that by identifying the learning gap in the basic skills related to children's reading in school, it will be eliminated with the help of activities of 'Mission Buniyaad', while sharing the experiences of the children through the closure of the school due to Corona. However, during this time the students will be given a chance to mingle with the school by creating a proper environment. In such a situation, teachers will work to emotionally connect with every child. Along with this, preparations have been intensified in the government schools of Delhi regarding the preparation of board examinations. Regarding this, on Saturday, under the chairmanship of the Director of Education, a meeting was held with all the school heads regarding the better conduct of classes and preparations for the board examinations.
Better focus should be given on practical class
It is worth mentioning that in a recent meeting, Education Director Himanshu Gupta, Education Advisor Shailendra Sharma and Additional Director (School) Rita Sharma asked all school heads to open schools for classes from Nursery to 8th from Monday along with upcoming examinations. Necessary talks were held regarding preparation. During this, it was told in the meeting that along with the class, practical work will also be taken care of. Since with the shifting of online classes to offline mode for a long time, it has become very important to focus better on practical classes of the children.
